It all started in 1982, in Vila Vera, Sao Paulo, Brazil in a room measuring 50 square meters. Giovani Polak (founder of Sao Vitor) was given five braiding machines to make wicks, as compensation for a broken partnership. 40 years later, Passamanaria Sao Vitor continues the legacy, owning a 1,600 square meters headquarters, employing 70 workers, making an annual production of 2,000 billion wicks, and serving customers from 45 countries on 4 continents
