We have started the nomination process for our new Director’s positions. I’m positive that our Association will benefit from the talent and expertise of those that result elected.
The invitation to form part of ALAFAVE’s Board of Directors is open until January 31st. It is an extended invitation to all of our members who wish to collaborate in a direct way on the improvement of our candle industry. The selected volunteers will be presented and voted before our General Assembly to be celebrated at our annual Congress and Trade Show, April 24-26, 2018 in Asuncion, Paraguay.
Given that this will be a promising event, it is time to start getting ready. You still have time to get advantage of the early registration fee (early bird), February 28 is the last day for this special rate.
ALAFAVE’s annual event is designed to be an experience full of learning, professional renovation, networking, idea and cultural exchange. Do not miss the E-commerce workshop by the expert in digital marketing, Mauricio Duque. He will teach us how to develop efficient business strategies.
Latin America is considered to have full potential to develop the e-commerce field. The experts believe; our region can boom the digital marketing due to its extensive young population, which is closely linked to the use of internet, social media and digital platforms. According to the marketing industry VM, our region has the highest average of minutes per visit.
In addition to e-commerce, Leandro Noriega, from Sao Vito Wicks, will share the technical secrets to choosing the best wick for your candles.
Our Congress in Asuncion will hand us an accord full of options and trends to put our business a vanguard. Undoubtedly, it will be an event with infinite opportunities that will give us the edge and vision for the long run.
This 2018 promises a lot, and I request your assistance to unite efforts and create a period of success and progress for our ALAFAVE.
