Reservations by attendees must be received on or before April 26th, 2026. The Hotel will release unreserved rooms for general sale and determine whether it can accept an additional reservation based on a space- and rate available basis at the ALAFAVE group rate after this date.
If room cancellation occur after the 48 hours before arrival, a charge of the first night will apply.

Room Cancellation will be accepted 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. One night penalty will be charged if cancellation is not done 48 hours prior to arrival. No shows, will be charged on the reservation credit card, all room nights reserved.
