Upon the reception of a signed Exhibitor Sign-Up Form, and your 1- Full Participant paid registration, ALAFAVE will contact you with further information on the available spaces for you to choose your preferred location and marketing opportunities.

The allocation of the exhibit spaces will be on a strict “first come, first served” basis. We will re-confirm the availability of the chosen stand.

The measurements and location of the stand spaces may be altered or modified for security or organizational reasons. Thus, the Organization reserves this right, previously informing the affected companies and offering an alternative which is appropriate for both parties.
