2. EVENTS

2.1 Meet & Greet Welcome Reception

During this special welcoming reception, partner will have the opportunity to welcome guests and say a couple of words (max. 2 minutes). Signs and/or roll-ups with the partner´s logo and reading “Courtesy of …” will be placed on the tables.

2.2 Closing Dinner Party

During this special participants’ bonding time, partners will have the opportunity to thank the guests for their attendance, wish them safe travels back home and say a couple of words (max. 2 minutes). Coffee stations attract the participants like a magnet at such events and guarantee best visibility. The coffee stations will provide fresh coffee and cookies during the EXPO. 2.6 Drinking Water and Sodas (2)

3.1 Congress App

ALAFAVE will offer a free English / Spanish app for Apple and Android devices that provides the congress program and other useful info. Your company logo will be included in the app and be visible each time when someone uses the app.

Each participant has got to register. Have your company stand out with two roll-ups showing your company logo and info left and right to the registration desk.
